Tenho que falar,
Minha mente é um vendaval
Vive pensando sem parar
Onde será meu carnaval?
Vai passar, é como um rio...
Mas fevereiro tá sim meio vazio
Se não é em São Luis
Onde mais se é feliz?

The mandala’s insight
The central point of the mandala represents a “space” where everything that exists comes from and where everything is bound to return to. This space is, at the same time, the beginning, the end and the way. It is the common “place” that connects everything to every little thing in the Universe.
We all - humans, rocks, plants, water, mosquitoes, visible or invisible beings, etc - we all rose from there and we all will go back that place of complete harmony again when the material journey transmutes. While incarnated, we can reach this holy and cosmic place through spiritual practices or any activity that really has the power to align you to who you really are, in purity.
In the mandala, this mystical place is graphically represented by the central point. We can call it God, we can call it Love, we can call it Source. We can name it however it seems more suitable to level of acceptance of each one of us.
And then, if you visualize the mandala, you will see that, as an energetic chain, all that is connected to that universal central point starts expanding on and on. Endlessly. The first movement effects the following one that effects the following ones, and it goes on like this forever. Butterfly effect. Like the meetings and encounters that we live in life. Any influence your presence causes in someone is an opportunity to expand a little bit more and pass it on to whoever come across your path. In Nature, this movement creates just the most perfect interaction and most rhythmical dance.
In spite of the huge and eternal expansion, it never gets lost, since there is a center, a stem, which is always a safe reference to lean. Like in meditation, you expand your level of consciousness, but you never get lost, because you are connected to the most reliable divine energy, you are connected to the principle of everything.
This movement is a contradiction that makes the biggest sense ever, because while you are expanding, you are actually returning to the origin. By doing that, you are connecting yourself to your higher-self and to the higher source, in order to reach Unity. Expanding, returning, expanding, returning. Like a heart's beat. The movement that keeps everything working. Alive.
So, the mandala shows this opposite, simultaneous and constant movement of expanding and returning to the source: the point that links you to the whole cosmic existence.
And it can be expanded all life long. All existence long. That is why the Universe is infinite: because it never stops expanding. As we are made by the universal substance, so we are also part of this eternal expansion.
The mandala is also circular, since the things in the Universe works in cycles. When/where one cycle finishes, another one starts from that. The end is beginning, the beginning is the end. Like death and life. Positive and negative. Silence and sound. They travel together. One enables the existence of the other one.
Life is an amazing and sacred journey towards the evolution. And the more we are connected to the center, the more we are able expand. The more we expand, the more we connect to the center.
Each one of us holds a particular inner infinite. We are all gods, love, cause and effect, masters and creators.
We are all divine beings who receive a sacred gift called Life.

O grande Sol
Essa coisa de viver é uma loucura. Existir é uma insanidade. Nunca deixar de existir então, eu não sei o que é. Minha mente é minúscula. Meu coração parece estúpido. Só o espírito deve ser alguma coisa diferente. Cadê a grande compreensão? Ela só anda de mão dada com a felicidade. Só se dá bem com a paz. Compreensão, felicidade e paz. Quero ser amiga dessas mulheres. E aquele cara imbecil, o medo? Apenas vivo e continuo a jornada.

The view
I walk slowly, step by step
It’s beautiful what I can see ahead.
From the broad and smiling horizon
There is a long and purple way on.
Then I look up the blue sky,
It shows me the infinite of your eyes.
So, I build my life little by little
Knowing that soon I will fly like an eagle
The day is coming when I will say:
There is no need anymore to go away.
Because there is no battle to win,
Since there is nothing in between
My destiny is so fair,
And your presence: fresh air.

Apart part of the path
She was walking on the same way, the way of everyday, to her everyday day. It was a long way to get her to her everyday destination, and day by day, this repetitive routine was making her more and more tired.
“What a miserable life”, at 4:30 a.m, she used to open her eyes to the very first moment for the next 15 hours-journey.
“What a bitter drink”, sip by sip, she used to drink her every morning coffee.
“What an empty meaning”, she used to dress up her clothes and her shoes, getting ready for the gray and exhausting walk that takes her to the same place.
Along the way, plenty of different plants’ species grow in the same soil. It is a very humid and fertile soil. Little flowers bring happiness to infinite tones of green that cover the rusty road’s margin. Sunrise. Traces of cloud form draws among the blue, red, pink, purple sky. The gentle morning sun melts patiently, drop by drop, the sweet dew, which was accumulated during the night. Fresh night. The wind transports the smells from the already dry dusty earth, together with the water that is evaporated from the plants’ surface by the sun. Warm. And the birds artistically sing, announcing the beginning of the day. One more day starts. Air, earth, water, fire. Sight, touching, hearing, tasting, smelling.
Unfortunately, she was absolutely apart from all of this.

Chegamos a vários limites
Ultrapassamos todos
Começamos a caminhar novamente
Hoje uma luz irradia
Ilumina de novo noite e dia.
Em 22 de setembro,
Eu me lembro
Onde estávamos quando paramos
O fim era aquele mesmo,
E no bonito ‘agora’ recomeçamos.
Veja que encontro!
Andamos mãe e filha,
Cada uma em sua trilha.
E hoje chegamos ao mesmo ponto.
Felicidade real só tem uma
O resto é ilusão
Perguntas sem respostas
Muito mais que um milhão
E daí?
Tudo é mistério e essência
E tudo é lindo assim
Fruto de uma existência
Sem começo e sem fim.
Nos vemos aqui
E nos veremos muito além
Disso eu sei e você sabe
Ainda bem!

Cara do outro, focinho de um
O jeito de andar,
a cor,
a barriga roliça,
a preguiça.
Cachorro e dono,
a imagem perfeita um do outro.
Companheiros inseparáveis.
Hot dog: pão e salsicha.
Eles vão a caminhar,
lado a lado,
a perna aberta.
De barba branca,
a cara de ambos
vem coberta.
Quando um para,
o outro espera.
Quando um tem fome,
o outro senta e come.
E nesse devagar
prosseguem com o passeio.
São um do outro
um engraçado espelho.
